Why CD and DVD discs don't work

We have all notice how computer players and recorders seem to handle heavily looked scratched discs. Some can even still play until the laser tracking reaches a deep grove locks up the disc in stubborn freeze frame.

A dull surface will do it. Before you insert or remove it, check the sliver play side for a dull surface. When they get dull the surface is often not reflective enough for the laser. It isn't reflected properly if not even not at all. New discs show how surfaces should be. It is suppressing polishing highly scratched looking discs looking like new works wonders even on fussy players. Pay attention to closely looking for little marks and spots.

Dodgy player or computer keyboard keys can be problematic in interfering with auto play functions. Computer operating system trouble shooter systems record theses as stop errors. They are due to a jammed, broken or collapsed button or keyboard key stuck on mode shorting the auto play function. It pays to pay closer attention to the buttons and get a second option on the button control conditions and properly fixed by an expert. Bad chassis cracks will do it. If any record able disc cannot be read back is a dead give away it had been corrupted by an interruption in the middle of the recording session somehow, either by the user manually, a spot on the surface was not reflective enough for the lazar or by a stop error from one of a shorting multimedia button.

Brand new record able blanks are no worries. Laid around for weeks though, before you burn it use a classes or similar cloth to polish up a bit. Don't scrounged hard circles. Just polish to looking like a new one looks. It's suppressing how a highly looking scratched discs can polish up looking like a new and play and read data perfectly provided there are no hidden mechanical stop errors in the keyboard keys or player buttons effected it.

It is a temporary copy of your entire computer system, your operating system to your personal files stored in the mother board circuitry while the computer is turned on. When you don't save any work when we shut down everything including the operating system is discharged. Anything unsaved doesn't exist. When restarted the operating system is reloaded to the mother board RAM. Your hard drive is not your work area but monitored by our computer screen the mother board circuit. Any minimal amount of this memory required for the operating system is marginal. If using near or all of the RAM memory the operating system's run short of memory resources freezing their programs.

Computers in the sleep mode employs Programmable Read Only Memory technology which holds onto everything when the device is in the slept. When switched back on the computer system is available in less than a couple of seconds. The ROM technology are hand held devices when we switch off. When switched back on the whole computer system is available instantly. Operating on the principle everything is operating on PROM's ( programmable ROMs ) where mechanical hard drive systems are made redundant.

In the old days once one program froze it froze the whole computer. This was because they often ran on close to running out of memory all the time. Apple has a reputation of being one of the expensive brands and one of the most stable operating systems around no doubt a policy of insisting there is a maximum amount of RAM always available. The more expensive a computer the more RAM memory in reserve the more stable the operating system.

OEM home appliance computers had problems supplied to consumers with marginal memory resaves tending to effect the installed operating system than need to. The operating systems were on minimal memory required just to keep it running. It had no margin always running short on memory locking up programs all the time. In the early days OEM home appliance computers often came with the ability to inserted extra memory modules that was a noticeable improvement.

Those thinking of upgrading should understand computer companies are not catering for off line using anymore. Modern systems are not complete these days unless connected to the internet somehow. The way things are going off line availability will be the first victim of the thing of the past. Desk top computer towers have already become dinosaur technology to retailer stores. Operating systems my be next because of what we all call cloud computing these days This cloud computing is a potential next step in commuting accessing a complete operating from a satellite account. Goggle chrome is a example of a cloud operating system.

If Google chrome is anything of the future currently accessing computers by satellite using  a personal smart phone or hand held device. It's basically a wi-fi link I think will be so convent increasing demand so much eventually broadband won't be able to compete taken over by the wireless satellite technology computing. The convince will likely override the warnings of the potentially harmful radio radiation. Consumers just don't want to know  in favor of the high tech convince. Even today all we will need is a big income to pay for the access, an empty monitor with only a satellite connection account.

If this is the case computing is heading were were future computing are our huge TV monitors connected via satellite on the internet let a lone cell phones when we are out and about accessing our personal satellite. This can make the need for both computers and broadband networks redundant. What will be the point of a shut down anymore eventually monitors permanently connected to our own personal satellite account. There will be no more Independent off line personal computing anymore.

This is provided economies does not slow progress. Currently there is a lot of expense and cost cutting wheeling and dealing arguments retarding the technology to the masses, leaving out those who haven't the resources to keep up just to save money, unless a satisfactorily way for everybody without any money involved for all. Theoretically if money was always no problem there should freedmen for unlimited possibilities overnight. Currently wheeling and dealing tight money control worries leaves most of the world in a rather retarded technology. Because of economics low income and poverty stricken people who will be the ones who miss out.

Modem computing being internet dependent on keeping in touch with their manufacture's web sites downloading behind the scenes which by default with out user permission installing bells and whistle add on's behind the scenes. In a sense hardly private and secure from a user point of view operating system manufactures  accessing and installing on our computer at will. The automatic update programming response is problematic for those who haven't an account with a provider for what ever reason relying on public wi-fi services for any internet access when they need too.

From the mean spirited business end point of view with offering free-wi would rather not offer free-wi where users use their paid account to keep them on line thus the limited accesses and time allotted. The free service is limited to as little as 30 minutes at a few megabytes at a time which ever comes first. That is less than the old 4.7Mb maximum storage capability of the obsolete floppy disk. The which ever comes first policy when space is used up times up whether you have used the hour or not. With so little space uses are virtually coned into a few minute access not a the claimed half hour. Baseness can be mean spirited free with free wi-fi users so they can make their money. Today's internet can use up the space in less few minutes. When space is used the connection is automatically terminated with out the user knowing it in the middle of their work. Trying to get back on line is a nightmare. There wont have a stable connection until the next day and start all over again when they run out of space again.

If a user is using off line often in time operating systems collect dozens errors because of persistent termination while connected on line. Browsers are seen as stopped working due to some fault causing task bar or doc flag icon to be displayed. Trouble shooting programs are mindless automatons who never know anything about the free-wi policy causing the problem. The wi-fi ability menu are also pretty thick. They don't know anything about the limited free-fi policies of the company causing the limited accesses notification.  Unless a user knows all this form experience notifications are not specific and clear causing a great deal of confusion and heartache attempting to maintain an unstable connection. Notifications should clear advising all users clearly "the company has disconnected your account because space is used up for the day. Try again tomorrow". Thus no more frustrating "Can not display page" messages. Also there should be a time and space monitor constantly and constantly trying to grab the attention of the user.

Turning your attention to the doc or task bar move the mouse pointer on the notification icon  and wait for a second or two will advise on the status of the computer and if any updates have been downloaded since the last time the users was on the internet. If red there will be some computer issues caused by the persist time and space limit policy of the wi-fi service.

If there is any updates the second a user connects to the internet these notifications activate contacting to the manufacture downloading behind the scenes the requested updates and fixing problems behind the scenes. When a user is finished with the internet for the session shuts down and restarts off line elsewhere where there is no hot spot available or back home for example their operating system goes though an installation update process the second the computer is restarted.

This is why even some tried and true 10  year old programs specific to Microsoft software products can work surprisingly well with the latest operating system. These software programs have some of windows operating system files in the software. The latest operating system instillation program recognizes the instillation, deleting the original replacing it with the software's. As far as the operating system is conserved the software  is native to it.

With increasingly new technology changing virtually every day users come to a point were new versions make the current version obsolete dumping the program cleaning up hard drive space. Important files to Windows in the  original software program is left behind ending up with not the original but still functional to windows cluttering the registry. In time this causes aged windows based PC's  and  laptops to run slower than they used to when new. They say there are registry clean up programs that supposed restore the original windows files again. But here only unique to Windows operating systems because of the unique registry not applicable to Apple computers.

These registry clean up's report oodles of errors. But theses software designers fail to be informative for the user to understand their program just merely pick up on the dozens of the users work stile the operating system's own clean up system can easily handle. These errors depend on how the user works on their machine. It is the effect of interrupting in the middle of program processing creating dozens of personal documents, opening, closes editing the contents of files and folders and renaming and changing computer settings dozens of time every few minuets in their work while others practically every hour. It is the frequency of the changes to personal documents that clutter windows registry. There can be hundreds of changed alterations recorded in the registry.

Operating system companies are aware of this and have taken steps to improve in each new version they placed on the market. The systems kept track of the changes, as well as any custom settings by the user. In the case of Windows PC registry changes can cause confusion if there are remaining files of previous software in time registry programs can start the habit of freezing programs right in the middle of important work where not wanted. Computers are mindless automatons that don't know anything about the original instillation protocol the user should know about so wait on hold patently for instructions that never comes thus the lock ups typical of a aging computer program responses.

With ever advancing  technology operating system and smart phones even tablets are quickly out dated. One of the first things that slows them down loading apps to capacity and ever changing internet resources. Aging internet capable phones and tablets have to constantly search the internet and install patches and drivers in the back ground while users surf the net.

Although it's hard to tell if a public free wi-fi hot spot is slow or the computer, one of the of the problems of an agonizingly slow connection can be a confused browser by the amount of history data collected in  time not to mention ( sever technicians that have just tweaked their sever changing support, as well won't help. The list of domain names ( the name of the sever or web site service ) the browser has collected should have the Universal Resource Locator ( URL the address of the server or web site service ) that belongs it or the browser cannot find the site and so displays a page cannot be displayed message.

Think of page cannot be display ( or you're not connected to the internet ) message page means the browser couldn't find the URL that belonged to the domain name you clicked. When a page cannot be displayed page displays take a couple of minutes and especially with a slow computer click the trouble shooting link.

This activates the operating system internet connection trouble shooter. They analysis the connection. Operating ystem's are simple mind morons that can't tell what type of network you are using. It takes them time to search the for the system  you are on. The final result will let you know only possible causes not what is actually the cause.

Operating systems have couple of tool called the resource monitor and event viewer ( different names with different operating systems ) that can help. They are found in your program list under accessories/tools ( and again different names with different operating systems ).The resource monitor can be active on your desk top while you search the internet so you can monitor what going on.

In the event viewer click the Network tab. If the public free wi-fi was dodgy there would be logs telling how the browser behavived.

Microsoft Windows PC called action center is a good resource program that tells user the connection status. When there is no internet connection problem there is no flag icon in Windows task bar. ( Bottom right corner. ) If there is it is certain the wi-fi connection not your computer. The nearest term for apple iMac is Network. For free wi-fi it's called Airport.

Hairline cracks cause by a few bumps and knocks will act like the latter in all your computer work causing your programs to experience a momentarily burst of shorting error commands causing it to stop working.

DVD recorders and players often have this problem with falling to pieces all kinds of manual feature buttons including off/on buttons interring with disc start opertions. It will be a problem with optical disc recording in as well as in computers.

Sometimes manhandling a computer clumsy butter fingers knock can start some hairline crack in the chassis somewhere that doesn't become a problem for sometime latter.

If Google chrome is anything of the future currently accessing computers by satellite using  a personal smart phone or hand held device. It's basically a wi-fi link I think will be so convent increasing demand so much eventually broadband won't be able to compete taken over by the wireless satellite technology computing. The convince will likely override the warnings of the potentially harmful radio radiation. Consumers just don't want to know  in favor of the high tech convince. Even today all we will need is a big income to pay for the access, an empty monitor with only a satellite connection account.

If this is the case computing is heading were were future computing are our huge TV monitors connected via satellite on the internet let a lone cell phones when we are out and about accessing our personal satellite. This can make the need for both computers and broadband networks redundant. What will be the point of a shut down anymore eventually monitors permanently connected to our own personal satellite account. There will be no more Independent off line personal computing anymore.

This is provided economies does not slow progress. Currently there is a lot of expense and cost cutting wheeling and dealing arguments retarding the technology to the masses, leaving out those who haven't the resources to keep up just to save money, unless a satisfactorily way for everybody without any money involved for all. Theoretically if money was always no problem there should freedmen for unlimited possibilities overnight. Currently wheeling and dealing tight money control worries leaves most of the world in a rather retarded technology. Because of economics low income and poverty stricken people who will be the ones who miss out.

Modem computing being internet dependent on keeping in touch with their manufacture's web sites downloading behind the scenes which by default with out user permission installing bells and whistle add on's behind the scenes. In a sense hardly private and secure from a user point of view operating system manufactures  accessing and installing on our computer at will. The automatic update programming response is problematic for those who haven't an account with a provider for what ever reason relying on public wi-fi services for any internet access when they need too.

From the mean spirited business end point of view with offering free-wi would rather not offer free-wi where users use their paid account to keep them on line thus the limited accesses and time allotted. The free service is limited to as little as 30 minutes at a few megabytes at a time which ever comes first. That is less than the old 4.7Mb maximum storage capability of the obsolete floppy disk. The which ever comes first policy when space is used up times up whether you have used the hour or not. With so little space uses are virtually coned into a few minute access not a the claimed half hour. Baseness can be mean spirited free with free wi-fi users so they can make their money. Today's internet can use up the space in less few minutes. When space is used the connection is automatically terminated with out the user knowing it in the middle of their work. Trying to get back on line is a nightmare. There wont have a stable connection until the next day and start all over again when they run out of space again.

If a user is using off line often in time operating systems collect dozens errors because of persistent termination while connected on line. Browsers are seen as stopped working due to some fault causing task bar or doc flag icon to be displayed. Trouble shooting programs are mindless automatons who never know anything about the free-wi policy causing the problem. The wi-fi ability menu are also pretty thick. They don't know anything about the limited free-fi policies of the company causing the limited accesses notification.  Unless a user knows all this form experience notifications are not specific and clear causing a great deal of confusion and heartache attempting to maintain an unstable connection. Notifications should clear advising all users clearly "the company has disconnected your account because space is used up for the day. Try again tomorrow". Thus no more frustrating "Can not display page" messages. Also there should be a time and space monitor constantly and constantly trying to grab the attention of the user.

Turning your attention to the doc or task bar move the mouse pointer on the notification icon  and wait for a second or two will advise on the status of the computer and if any updates have been downloaded since the last time the users was on the internet. If red there will be some computer issues caused by the persist time and space limit policy of the wi-fi service.

If there is any updates the second a user connects to the internet these notifications activate contacting to the manufacture downloading behind the scenes the requested updates and fixing problems behind the scenes. When a user is finished with the internet for the session shuts down and restarts off line elsewhere where there is no hot spot available or back home for example their operating system goes though an installation update process the second the computer is restarted.

Inexperienced may wonder about the slow loading and blank screens doing nothing for a minute or two. It's reassuring that doesn't necessary mean their computer is not responding or picked up a virus all of a sudden. Those delayed blank screens are just the chip sets in the computer's mother board configuring the computer. The computer is working normally. With increasingly new technology changing virtually every day users come to a point were new versions make the current version obsolete dumping the program cleaning up hard drive space. Important files to Windows in the  original software program is left behind ending up with not the original but still functional to windows cluttering the registry. In time this causes aged windows based PC's  and  laptops to run slower than they used to when new. They say there are registry clean up programs that supposed restore the original windows files again. But here only unique to Windows operating systems because of the unique registry not applicable to Apple computers.

But theses software designers fail to be informative for the user to understand their program just merely pick up on the dozens of the users work stile the operating system's own clean up system can easily handle. These errors depend on how the user works on their machine. It is the effect of interrupting in the middle of program processing creating dozens of personal documents, opening, closes editing the contents of files and folders and renaming and changing computer settings dozens of time every few minuets in their work while others practically every hour. It is the frequency of the changes to personal documents that clutter windows registry. There can be hundreds of changed alterations recorded in the registry.

Operating system companies are aware of this and have taken steps to improve in each new version they placed on the market. The systems kept track of the changes, as well as any custom settings by the user. In the case of Windows PC registry changes can cause confusion if there are remaining files of previous software in time registry programs can start the habit of freezing programs right in the middle of important work where not wanted. Computers are mindless automatons that don't know anything about the original instillation protocol the user should know about so wait on hold patently for instructions that never comes thus the lock ups typical of a aging computer program responses.

Uses dump their near new perfectly functional laptop, smart and cell phones for the latest new model updates in time. Updated devices come thick and fast every couple of years so manufactures limit the lasting capability in order to keep up with their new update new generation models.

Although it's hard to tell if a public free wi-fi hot spot is slow or the computer, one of the of the problems of an agonizingly slow connection can be a confused browser by the amount of history data collected in  time not to mention ( sever technicians that have just tweaked their sever changing support, as well won't help. The list of domain names ( the name of the sever or web site service ) the browser has collected should have the Universal Resource Locator ( URL the address of the server or web site service ) that belongs it or the browser cannot find the site and so displays a page cannot be displayed message.

Think of page cannot be display ( or you're not connected to the internet ) message page means the browser couldn't find the URL that belonged to the domain name you clicked. In the event viewer click the Network tab. If the public free wi-fi was dodgy there would be logs telling how the browser behavived.

Microsoft Windows PC called action center is a good resource program that tells user the connection status. When there is no internet connection problem there is no flag icon in Windows task bar. ( Bottom right corner. ) If there is it is certain the wi-fi connection not your computer. The nearest term for apple iMac is Network. For free wi-fi it's called Airport.

Persistent trouble with linking to a Wi-Fi, the network adaptor may not be recognizing wi-fi. Above the number keys is a row of keys where a key with a wif-fi symbol. There should be light indicator telling you if it is off or on. If the indicator is red the network adaptor is switched off. Pressing the key will switch it on the indicator changing to green or blue.

Your computer can't find signal because the providers strength. Either the service provider is busy or caused to drop bellow the sensitivity of your computer. When the browser does manage to log on it is then intermit caused by a drain on their resources why your computer will have problems.

When the page cannot be displayed is instant there is no signal at all often caused by the user forgetting to switch on the wi-fi. If the computer spends far to much time searching is a sign the connection is at lest open but service provider is busy by a drop in signal strength by a drain on it's resources.

A drain on signal strength hot spots literally mean hot and cold corners inside a hop spot location effected by the position of walls and furniture and distance the signal week enough to be effected why your computer has problems with different corners.

A cold corner can also be the effect of not enough signal strength to overcome any barriers and distance often bellow the minimum threshold required for your computer. The computer searches for every for the busy signal . In other words the browser can't help but stop working after a few minutes display the page cannot be displayed page. If a corner is barely operating your browser will be unstable in the middle of your browsing.

The worst when the signal strength drops out your computer struggles to reestablishing the connection drops out again when the computer had just reestablished the link. This is a time when the service provider is very busy today. Week signals below your computer's sensitivity corners is tricky to stick with often forced to move away from walls, enclosed cubicles or furniture or a find a direct line with the signal.

Transient Ischaemic Attack ( TIA )

Besides a decent wrack to our heads brain injury can occur when it's cut off from glucose and oxygen rich blood supply. With out a constant supply starts to suffocate. A transient Ischaemic ( trans see int is cheem. ic ) Attack ( TIA ) often expressed as a mini stroke will do it. It is a low level stroke the brain's placidity ( recovery ability ) can repair damage in a matter of a day. There is a minimal effect to our body functions and personality change.
TIA's are blockages of the blood supply arteries caused by the bodies ability to heal wounds called clotting. A cut to any part of our body our blood is hard wired to form a kind of biological emergency band aid where blood attempts to clog up the cut to stop bleeding. Scabs form. Our arteries are only less than a few millimeters thin vulnerable. Blood clots and a fatty substance called plaque collect in the thing parts acting as a band aid for the veins in routine maintenance repair often going on to blocking arteries called thrombosis.
If a particle brakes away from a clot or plaque blocking the vein further along is called an embolism. Debris potentially float in the blood stream though out our system randomly clogging entrances to many tributary veins from head to toe. In this way the heart arteries can be potentially blocked causing heart attacks that will inevitably drop blood supply to the brain arteries. The third way blood gets denied to our brain when veins shrink squeezing out blood flow called hypoperfusion ( High pop per fusion ).
TIA's  happen any time awake or asleep suffering from temporally physical stroke and personality change symptoms. There are several signs of TIA attacks. One of these when one of our limbs has gone to sleep or experiencing pins and needles exercising the effected limb in an attempt to wake it up called Hypoxia, a diminished availability of brain control blood supply to the limb. An odd sensation of weakness in facial muscles is a sign. Patients of strokes often described a shutter sensation coming down over one or both eyes in the case a TIA attack a fogy cloud spot they can't see though. Other signs when the bran fails to recognize dim and bright change where one or both eyes seems to butter fly for a few minutes. The brain can't seem to find the balance switching back and forth trying to determine the difference in light adjustment many times per second.
An onset of drowsiness called hypoglycemia ( High pog gles seem e a ) when the brain is denied a proper glucose level a warring in the next couple of days we will be hospitalized for the extreme drowsiness diagnosed as an onset of the fist signs of diabetes. Other signs clumsy with a instrument our friends affectionately laugh us off as "Butter fingers " and clumsy walking, veering to one side for a moment. Dizziness and fainting spells is a sign a flood of to much oxygen called anoxia.( An ox see a ).
Other signs when it takes us a second or two longer than normally recognize a familiar face we wish could have instantly. A sign of confusion when we know the face from somewhere taking us a couple of seconds to remember. "Oh that's right I remember you now. Of course"  It often equally true when when we observe someone else struggling for a few seconds to recognize us. Either they will be struggling to see us though a fogy veneer trying use our voices to help recognize us or confusion trying to recognize us from being a stranger.  If we recognize a person is trying wing it covering up they are struggling with poor eye sight or not remembering us for a few seconds we invariably do to others too under the influence of recovering from a TIA attack our own brain recognizes that odd confused stare at us. Wee may be compelled to ask "Is something wrong?"
Observing confused frown steering look is a sign of confusion trying to recognize us. With TIA this can happen in less than a few seconds before they recognize or understand us completely. Another sign of confusion is that not with it glassy eyed hypnotic stare as if they look shocked with a frown staring straight ahead or if directly at us during any communication. The person is experiencing trying understand there surroundings properly. With TIA's only lasts for a couple of seconds and back to normal. But can be long enough or if getting into a habit to be slow on the uptake. It is often a tool observed by paramedics in determining concision head whacks or the severity of a stroke victim.
Our brains will recognize that puzzled stare most of us have seen by friends to relations after they had a bad stroke. We are strangers until they begin to remember us properly. If we are slow on the uptake ourselves we do the same scary thing to others. TIA's can change what used to be a bright out going alive and energetic person into a withdrawn quiet and lazy demeanor change often displaying that scary can't make us out stare at us for a second or two back to normal when we talk to them a sign of slow response of the brain to recognize us and the surround environment. This is not to be confused with trying to make us out though blurry eyes. They are struggling to focus on us and the environment properly. Their brain tries to make out the environment though a out of focus hazy fog.
TIA's can effect a change in personality effecting our attitudes without out us knowing it. The only symptoms is feedback comment observation from friends and relations. Since we don't recognize any change we tend to be in constant conflict with others about our attitude habits. We tend argue and dismiss concerns and scoff at advice attitude. Recent resource of teenagers is a consequence of their brains going though a natural rewiring sequence now recognized as a normal human development.
Brian injury by a lack of small dose of a lack of oxygen and glucose levels can have a consequence of not recognizing our own behavior is somewhat strange to others. It is often by chance the brain can still recognize being a victim of intolerance bullying attitude towards us but the part effected doesn't recognize anything is wrong with our own attitude. One part not recognizing there is something wrong while the other part recognizing we are being buried we tend to take bullying attitudes towards us personally stuck in a mind set judgment some people can be assholes to us. This can flip side were our reactions towards others equally due to not recognizing a lack tolerance control attitude in ourselves. How a lack of sleep effects our ability in sorting out any dramas properly s a classic example of the symptoms.
TIA's are very subtle. One of these is a lack of response such as the quite treatment to others or noticing it from others towards us. The silent treatment we receive, we may not recognize they are weary of our odd ball attention or lack of communication withdraw response we don't recognize in our selves. Normally our brain recognizes receiving a quiet treatment from others as something we must have done. Our brain recognize when someone is not talking to us attitude of not enjoying our company for some reason. Our brain is capable of making a judgment and apply appropriately what to do next and how to react behavior. TIA's potentially, even if only temporarily can impair this judgment processes and not notice a thing not respond appropriately to the other's quiet treatment of us. We simply don't recognize the quiet treatment from the other person. There is also a potential of not recognizing we do the same to others.
The quiet treatment towards others including others towards us is usually the result of the Brian to fatigued after a TIA attack. It cannot cope with anything lively. We don't recognize it as others see us habitually lazy. The brain craves piece and quiet to recover from the small stroke. TIA's can damage the area of the brain that enables us to plan for the future or think about goals that is not responding. Our Brian craves rest and doing nothing because it is either permanently not responding in that area or trying to recover. TIA's potentially cause depression where our motivation center of the brain is totally fatigued and not responding. We experience  numbness of the mind. The lucky ones the brain doesn't recognize it's own depression so we don't experience the sensation literally enjoying the piece and quiet withdraw to life.
Our unconsciousness ( we express as our unconscious mind ) is a storehouse of our unconscious life time of trauma and drama events. It is a primitive part that doesn't know anything about control. We have another part which equally has no control of emotionless robot computer logic and reason imposing itself on the uncontrolled emotion logic of our unconsciousness. Our reasoning part of the brain puts the brakes on other uncontrolled emotions welling up from  our unconsciousness. And vice versa our unconscious tries to put the brakes on to much unemotional logic and reason. Well balanced we can think before we display anger and frustration approximately. There is a consequence if one or the other is lacking or not responding properly due to an TIA attack.
Selfishness and self centeredness is usually the result of the empathy control part of our rational part of the brain not responding properly due to an attack. We don't recognize we are selfish self centered assholes. We are often astonished and suppressed when accused of it. If the other way round were the unconsciousness part effected and not our empathy part there may be an unconscious overdose of to much empathy not recognizing to such a extent the meek and mild attitude can be annoying some people or take advantage of it. Either way a TIA effect can potentially produce not enough or to much emotion effecting our wisdom judgment ability attitude inappreciably when dealing with dramas in our lives. As I said before a TIA attack is analogous of the typical reaction when trying to sort out a drama when we are dog tired.
We don't recognize we are a bullying asshole making us even more explosive reaction when some try's stand up to us. When stood up too we thro a childish temper tantrum. It is the typical reaction of the brain of teenagers brain rewiring themselves. The brain is trying to cope with communication often failing to understand the reaction to others throwing a tempter tamper tantrum to get itself be heard the way it wants.

Adusting and replacing brake pads Kona ute and mini uit cargo bikes

Kona chose a mechanical disc brake brand called Avid codenamed BB5 for their ute and mini ute cargo bike range. This brake system brand is a mechanical design meaning the same mechanical arrangement as any garden variety rim brake bike from the handle bar to the wheel caliper brake arm anchor points.
In dealing with the Kona ute and mini ute braking system we will be concentrating on the Avid BB5 braking system. When you squeeze the handle bar lever only one pad is pressed against the disc. A pad on the other side of the rotor ( the wheel spoke side ) is fixed. For efficient breaking the fixed pad needs to be adjusted close to the disc. If to far only the moveable disc is not pressing the rotor properly resulting in paternally distorting it causing only one side pressed on it causing spongy and ineffective stopping power. Another problem can also cause the same problem if the cable anchor securing the inner wire cable to the caliper brake lever has been dissembled and reassembled can potentially cause brake efficacy problems.
A bend in the inner wire cable at the anchor point on the caliper lever can cause spongy braking. If this is the case the cable has to be disassembled and repositioned so the cable is going straight into the cable adjuster.
Adjustment is provided on the caliper bake arm and handle bars. If the handle bar adjusters are adjusted to far out causes a fair bit of bending stress on the threads when squeezing the brake levers striping them te adjuster threads. Squeezing takes it's tool. So too to a lesser extent the adjuster on the caliper.  To prevent and solve this problem problem screw the adjusters all the way back to nil. We need to readjust the bake arm anchor bolt position.
The bike can either be left up right on it's wheels or turned upside down resting on the seat and handle bars it's up to you. Professional workshops have bike stands everything chest height both wheels off the ground. In a backyard situation with the bike upside down the wheels at lest are free to rotate when adjusting the pads to the disc. ( Or the rotor ).
An Allan key unlocks the anchor bolt holding the inner cable to the caliper brake arm. The arm will spring back to maximum distance.
Make sure to locate the wire so it going straight into the adjuster. Depending whether left or right handed and looking at the bake arm the bike upside down or if chosen the right way up, pull the tail of the wire to maximum taking up the slack and with the other hand free to push the bake lever moving the pad close to the rotor. Give a little extra to compensate for the taking up slack cables tend to do when retightening. You will have a bend in the cable again bringing you back to square with effecting brake performance again. Not only that but causes extreme maximum handle bar adjustment problems again. Don't allow run out of adjustment or every time you squeeze the handle bar levers or will stress the threads again. Leave the handle bar adjusters screwed right back to nil. So to the caliper brake arm adjuster.
As you finger tight to hold it letting it free you will observe the cable takes up the slack pulling the extra closeness of the pad away from the rotor. Turn the wheel round to check you haven't over compensated for cable slack movement the pad is too close to the rotor. If it is a bit close for your taste you can fine tune from here. Fine tuning is the key to efficient braking. Undo just enough you can slip the cable a bit a retighten enough and double check on the wheel is free to spin.
Spin the wheel gripping the handle bar levers so the wheel jambs instantly to a stop. As you hold the lever the wheel should be jammed in position. If this does not happen follow the text step
Turn you attention on the spoke side of the caliper. In the center is Allen key bolt. This adjustment adjusts the fixed brake pad. An Allan key through the spokes turning inward adjusts the fixed pad towards the rotor and screwing outwards away from it. Screw inwards finger tight on the rotor squeezing the handle bar lever checking the wheel is jammed by the pads.
Next gently unscrew outwards a little so the wheel is free to turn and spin freely. To far out will cause the spongy braking problem all over again. When the handle bars are squeezed you can actually drag the wheel against the squeeze of the handle bars. Adjust gain retracting back inward a bit. When you squeeze the handle bar lever again the wheel should suddenly jamb stop and can't move while the brakes a squeezed. When you release the levers the wheel will be free to spin freely. 
When satisfied don't wrench the maximum tight the anchor bolt or you will start the processes of striping threads. Just a light wrench tight is enough.
When adjustment like this is carried out the original adjustment is disturbed and the brakes have to be run in again. This is usually done in time during normal braking procedures while riding. A popular trick to help hurry up the processes is a bit of sanding on the pads. This is usually a bit of a discretion on your part if the pads look a bit to warn down a bit for that. It is a decision processes based on your own judgment how much they can take.
As you use your bike you will notice braking power is satisfactory even great. Never the less in time you will experience a slack growing. It is a normal sigh of time for the routine maintenance procedures of adjust the slack cause by the normal ware stretching of the inner wire cable and on the pads.
After a while when the pads get to be a bit thin noticeable adjustments of the brakes the caliper brake arm gets close to the adjuster as the brake pads get closer and closer to the rotor eventually there will be no more margin left left in the pad surfaces causing the inside brake arm lever mechanism from working properly to work the moving pad. Time to replace.
Replacing the pads.
When you come to remove the cover small parts can easily fall out and get lost. Or at lets spending all your time looking for them that could fall anywhere. It pays to put a catcher tray in direct line the parts may fall caching them so you don't loose them.
You don't need to remove the inner cable from the caliper anchor bolt. This can be ignored. Instead concentrate in unscrewing the fixed pad adjuster bolt out as far as it can go. You will find when you remove the wheel the pads won't interfere catching on the rotor. The wheel will come off just like that. The same Allen key that fits the cable fixed adjuster will fit the two bolts on the wheel side of the caliper. Don't be shy to put some weight on them to undo. But don't be rough unscrewing because of the aluminum threads. They must be with drawn out dead straight.
Once the bolts are withdrawn the cover comes off, one or both pads, along with the spring may fall into your catcher. Remember you are handling the brake pads from now on so your hands should be pristine clean to insure you don't transfer oil and crease to the oil absorbing pads and rotor.
Examining the spring is a “V” shaped steel spring as seem in the left picture each tip crumpled each end a "u" shape hook that fits in a slot in each pad. The spring is effectively sandwiched between them.
Notice the hole in the center of the pad. This refits to the corresponding peg in the covers. Make sure you reassemble the pad hole in the corresponding pegs in the calliper covers properly.
Reassembly is tricky as it is a bit fiddly. Fit a pad color side into the corresponding recesses in the caliper cover fitting the spring in the corresponding pad slot as shown by the left picture. Make sure the center hole is fitted in the peg properly
Correspondingly fit the other pad color inwards the cover recess guiding it hooking the tip of the spring into the hook in the slot of that pad.
Line up the cover to the threads. Careless fitting of the two bolts into theses threads here is the major cause of stripping the calliper threads rendering the bolts useless. Screw the bolts carefully dead straight with only fingers. Never force them with the spanner if they feel a bit tight. Carefully withdraw and jiggle the cover a bit so the bolts can finger screw with out any grinding tight feel freedom of movement.
The final tighten of the bolts is another area will strip the caliper threads. Don't wrench thinking maximum tightness. A light tug they can't and no more.
The next step is the refit the wheel. All that is need is to screw back the fixed pad back in position close to the rotor as already described in adjusting it.

Extreme drowsness hypoglycaemia

Mother nature seems to have designed our livers to dump loads of unchecked sugar in our system. We are supplied with an organ called the pancreas that produces a hormone called insulin that puts the brakes on our liver. Our brain and pancreas knows when there is too much sugar  in our system and starts secreting insulin. Another takes over call glucagon encouraging the rise in sugar level. Our brain and panaceas also knows when there is not enough stopping glucagon secretion  and increasing insulin when needed.
If the pancreases or brain doesn't adjust theses hormones when appropriately required there are sugar level problems called diabetes. It is a frailer to recognize low or high sugar levels changes resulting two types of diabetes.
Type one when the pancreas doesn't recognize there is too much sugar in our system secreting not enough insulin and possibly a Glucagon decrees failure too. The liver is free to run riot discharging sugar in the blood stream unchecked. The level of the two hormone productions could have frozen at a time when there was a high blood sugar level present that has never sensed a drop in levels any more , stuck on a permanent low level of insulin and possibly excessive glucagon when sugar level dramatically increases.
The end result is an excess sugar overwhelming our body cells. There is more sugar than they can take in. In time it takes it's toll damaging the ability to absorb until they fail to respond any more. Individuals with this condition are committed to a lifetime of manually injecting insulin for life to compensate what the pancreases should automatically do.
Type two, when the two hormones has possibly frozen at a level when there was once a low sugar level stuck on a permanent high level of insulin in the blood stream. The result is an inappropriate amount preventing the liver from secreting sugar into the blood stream. In other words to much insulin and possibly not  enough glucagon as well. If the cells don't respond to the glucagon any more is often expressed as insulin resistant. This is why type two diabetics can't have insulin injections.
To much insulin ( and possibly not enough glucagon too ) we have a situation where our body cells have reached a point where they aren't responding to sugar absorption any more. We start to experience a low blood sugar drowsiness. We experience an onset of an overwhelming yawing binge followed by the next few minutes increasingly fighting to stay awake. If the drowsiness is not recognized for what it is we often dismiss as just tired. Most of us don't recognize tiredness does not catch up with us like that. It is important to understand our brain needs a constant supply of glucose from the sugar in the blood supply. Low blood sugar is effecting it this way.
This sudden onset is virtually a glucose starvation fit. It is the result of a sudden drop of glucose due to the  possible over abundance of insulin and under supply of glucagon denying our brain glucose called hypoglycaemia ( pronounced as high pog gliss seem e a ) keeping our glucose level stubbornly low.
Described, is a low level hypoglycaemia shock. The word is often mixed up with the same word for high blood sugar by just a minor spelling difference and pronounced differently high "per" gliss seem e a. ( Hyperglycaemia ). The key difference is between low and high blood sugar levels "Hypo" meaning low and "Hyper" meaning "high". The drowsiness description is a relatively low level hypo attack. A hypoglycaemia attack is often a warning we are entering a phase of type one diabetes due to the fact the pancreas has stopped insulin secretion or at lest jammed on a too low level that's not enough to balance the high sugar level that has been damaging our cells they aren't absorbing the sugar properly.
Our pancreas can have stopped or jammed on a low level secretion for some time without being aware of it.. We didn't recognize the symptoms when they are to minor to pay attention to dismissing as just every day occurrences. They include the  following that can last a few seconds to a few minute bouts all day long at a very, very minimal levels for a week or two. We can experience a minimal sensation of not being very bright today. This includes minimal shaking barely warranting our attention, barely aware we are sweating enough not to pay attention to. Be aware of hot summer days can do this. We also barely notice pounding heartbeats, a minor case of struggling with minimal bouts of blurry vision all day, or a barely noticeable headache, light headiness, or poor coordination bouts for a second or two all day long we tend to dismiss as nothing more than momentarily lapses as just one of those days today. It only needs any one of the symptoms that can also be a signal of an accompanying dehydration this condition causes.
The symptoms don't come all at a cluster. It only takes at lest one. Only when a symptom becomes obviously more noticeable than normal we start paying attention focusing on that one. The others get ignored because they are a feeling of being so minor they are dismissed as nothing
A hypo attack comes on from the minor symptoms below our attention threshold for some time. If sure of type 2 diabetes feeling the start of a hypo attack and emergency food can help you recover eating a fast acting sugary item such sweets or sugary drink. But we can never be sure if it is a type one warning that can do more ham than good.
If you have raw sugar on hand that is better than the processes white sugar in a cup of tea or a sugary fizzy drink, but if that's all you have that will do. Slow acting carbohydrate foods such as bread and bananas can be potentially to slow for any fast help.
If you recover alertness from a feeling of extreme drowsiness quickly odds are you have a type two diabetes condition.
Just because you have an abundance of insulin in your system doesn't mean your free to indulge in lots of sugar. Bear in mind any instant carbohydrate are fast at acceleration your energy ideal in the emergency but are equally fast at decelerating it. The technique of recovery once recovered should be toped up a light meal of slow accelerating carbohydrate foods to help stave off just in case of a potential relapses.
This is why type two diabetes is very tricky. There is a tricky and careful diet résumé to follow.

We have all notice how computer players and recorders seem to handle heavily looked scratched discs. Some can even still play until the laser tracking reaches a deep grove locks up the disc in stubborn freeze frame.

A dull surface will do it. Before you insert or if in the machine remove it and check the sliver play side for a dull surface. When they get dull the surface is often not reflective enough for the laser. It isn't reflected properly even if not at all. New discs show how surfaces should be. It is suppressing polishing highly scratched looking discs looking like new works wonders even on fussy players. Pay attention to closely looking for little marks and spots.

Dodgy player or computer keyboard keys can be problematic in interfering with auto play functions. Computer operating system trouble shooter systems record theses as stop errors. They are due to a jammed, broken or collapsed button or keyboard key stuck on the press mode shorting the auto play function. It pays to pay closer attention to the buttons and get a second option on the button control conditions and properly fixed by an expert. Bad chassis cracks will do it. If you think back at any time you had accidentally knocked your computer and it seemed to function all right. In time the knock can take it's toll catching up with it.

As for record able discs sometimes formatted by one computer and played back in a different computer doesn't work. All it takes is any computer that doesn't have a similar software not recognizing the disc format. You can test this with other commuters with the same or similar operating system.

Recorded play back not responding is common of corruption due to interruption in the middle of the original recording. Optical discs are not like hard drives or our flash drive memory sticks. We can cancel or pull out of the USB socket in the middle of a recording session at any time with out corrupting those. We can start again. The operating system just deletes the original as it goes ahead of the new recording, but optical disks don't work that way. There is no ability of optical discs to delete the interruption let a lone record over. The interruption is permanent missing data play back cannot read back.

Once a recording session is under way they cannot be interrupted in any way. You cannot cancel because it is an interruption of data resulting in cannot be read back. If any record able disc cannot be read back is a dead give away it had been corrupted by an interruption in the middle of the recording session somehow, either by the user manually, a tiny spot on the surface was not reflective enough for the lazar or by a stop error from one of a shorting multimedia button.

Brand new record able blanks are no worries. Laid around for weeks though, before you burn it use a classes or similar cloth to polish up a bit. Don't scrounged hard circles. Just polish to looking like a new one looks. It's suppressing how a highly looking scratched discs can polish up looking like a new and play and read data perfectly provided there are no hidden mechanical stop errors in the keyboard keys or player buttons effected it.
